Slow weight lifting is not for everyone.
Lifting weights is good but not slow weight-lifting, which will actually hamper fat loss and age you faster. If you enjoy weight-lifting, then do leg squats and lunges, and set a timer to complete 3-4 rounds of 7 reps within 10 minutes!
