To exercise or control your diet? The dilemma is eternal, especially if you’re a foodie like me. I certainly do know that a healthy, nutritious diet is important but how do I forgo those adored crisps and chips and pizzas. I need more proof, based on scientific research! Like me, if you love binging then I’m sure you’d go the exercise way and if you are one of those who believe that you are what you eat, then you’d think diet is more important than exercise. Check out this great video from AsapSCIENCE which explains how diet is actually more important than exercising in your weight loss plan. As they put it, you’re likely to get more bang for your buck if you focus on your diet more. Of course, you’ll get the best results if you exercise and follow a healthy diet plan.
