Changing to a healthier lifestyle means you make healthy choices in food too. Choosing oats over your morning’s favorite Kellogg’s cereal, salads over burghers and foregoing oil and fats are some of the things try to do. But did you know that instant oatmeal comes loaded with calories and sugar? Opting for traditional oatmeal with honey is a much better breakfast choice. Salads, unless you make them at home with just a garnish of lime or vinegar with some spice of your choice, should not be ordered in fast food joints which come loaded with fats and calories.
