How do you remove pin bones from salmon
To remove pin bones, you will need any of these: Needle-nose pliers, jewelry pliers, surgical clamp, or special fish tweezers
Raw fish fillet (s)
Place the fillet on a cutting board or pan or plate and run your fingers along the length of the fillet, feeling for the tips of bones. You’ll notice that the pin bones are in a line protruding from the fish. Using your pliers, gently pull out the bones at an angle. Repeat this with all the fillets.
Your salmon is now ready to be cooked.
