Children are definitely more into chocolate than carrots so there are times when you despair to give them nutricious and healthy food, rather than sugary chocolates. You can do just that by offering your toddler (or your entire family for that matter) this healthy snack. Mix 5 oz (approx 141 g) of coconut flakes with ½ cup coconut oil and add 1 tbsp vanilla. Make coin size balls and add some home-made chocolate sauce on top and store in the freezer. When they become hard, they’re a yummy treat! And you’ll be a very cool mummy!
